We handle everything from small tasks like changing A/C filters to major emergencies like flooded sinks. With us, your home maintenance is automated, and all records are conveniently stored in our digital system.

    How Does Melody Lane Work?
    For Premium Plan Members
    As a valued Premium Plan member, we’ll schedule time to walk you through the Melody Lane Hub and get everything set up. We’ll develop a plan to help you create your digital inventory, catalog important home items, and create your customized maintenance plan. If you’ve had a recent home inspection, we'll help you upload the report and The Hub will generate action items for anything that needs attention, which you can then request our help with. We’ll review all your needs and schedule your first two hour handyman appointment to begin checking things off your to-do list.


    For Standard Plan Members
    You’ll be given full access to the Melody Lane Hub where you can begin to build your digital home inventory and upload important documents.  You can then customize your to-do list, add items to your home catalog, and request on-demand services. If you’ve had a recent home inspection, you can also upload the report, and the Hub will generate action items for anything that needs attention, which you can then request our help with.

    All Melody Lane members have direct access to our dedicated team, who are ready to assist you with scheduling any repair, maintenance, or home enhancement services you need—all through our network of trusted vendors!

    We are the Pros at finding the Pros for your home maintenance and repair needs. We invest significant time and resources to carefully vet our vendors, building a trusted network of professionals who deliver exceptional work.

    Because we manage a large number of homes and work with vendors regularly, we’re able to secure high-quality service AND competitive pricing. Our vendors value the steady, no-cost business we provide, which allows them to pass savings on to to you without sacrificing quality.

    We also stay actively involved to make sure projects stay on schedule and are completed properly.  On the rare occasion there is an issue, our strong vendor relationships put us in a position to quickly reach a fair resolution for everyone.
