    Once you're signed up, we'll schedule a personal home walkthrough with one of our certified home inspectors. During this visit, we'll create a full inventory of your home, noting any maintenance or repair needs to keep everything in top shape.

    After the walkthrough, the Melody Lane team will sit down with you to review the findings and build a fully customized home maintenance plan designed just for you. Plus, your plan comes with quarterly two-hour handyman visits to knock out your home maintenance checklist—so you can spend more time enjoying your home and less time worrying about it!

    For Standard Plan Members
    As a valued Standard Plan member, we’ll schedule a time to walk you through the Melody Lane Hub and review any maintenance and repair needs you have. You’ll be able to create your home inventory, customize your to-do list, add items to your home catalog, and request on-demand services. If you’ve had a recent home inspection, you can also upload the report, and the Hub will generate action items for anything that needs attention—which you can then request our help with.

    As a Melody Lane member, you’ll have direct access to our dedicated team, ready to assist you with scheduling any repair, maintenance, or home enhancement services you need—all through our network of trusted vendors!

    Because we manage a large number of homes and work with vendors regularly, we’re able to secure high-quality service AND competitive pricing. Our vendors value the steady, no-cost business we provide, which allows them to pass savings on to to you without sacrificing quality.

    We also stay actively involved to make sure projects stay on schedule and are completed properly.  On the rare occasion there is an issue, our strong vendor relationships put us in a position to quickly reach a fair resolution for everyone.
